| USED BOOKS FOR SALE |
We have books for sale, but NO, we're not "booksellers"! These are all personal library books
that are surplus to our needs. Some are old, some are new. The books listed under
"Carol's Therapist Books" were books used by Carol in her private practice until
retirement. They are offered at bargain low prices in the hope that others may put
them to good use.
NOTICE!Sorry, but this list is NOT current. We will be making an effort to reorganize a correct and current list of available books in the very near future. You might wish to check back on a weekly basis, or if you are really interested in particular books, email us to check for availability. Dec. 16, 2007Purchase information... Payment will need to be by U.S. Postal money order or PayPal - NON CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FUNDED. No bank, company, or personal checks, or grocery store money orders will be accepted. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Normally, books are shipped "Media Mail" rate (the old so-called "book rate") and will generally take 3 to 8 days to reach any US 48-state location. All funds must be in US$. No shipments outside USA -- see right side panel. These books are offered on a first come, first served basis. Here are the steps for buying one or more books:

with the books you want to buy (please use both the number and title), and give your
shipping address (giving me your shipping address allows me to print an address label
and to package your books). If the above link does not work for you, here is a graphic

By return email (please allow a couple days AND please read the note about email on the right-hand side of this page), I will indicate availability of the books and the total to send including shipping charges. The books will be placed on "hold" for you for 7 days to await receipt of payment. If you desire postal insurance, please indicate and add $3 to the total (most do not opt for insurance and we've never had a lost shipment -- we use "delivery confirmation tracking").
3. If you wish to use PayPal, send the funds via PayPal to the email address I will give
you in my email response to you. If you are not familiar with PayPal, click

for information or to sign up. Using PayPal gives you convenience and some degree
of "protection", not to mention that your funds will be received almost immediately.
HOWEVER, to accept PayPal payments which use a credit or debit card as source
of funds, PayPal requires me to convert to a "business" type account and pay a fee
for every transaction. Therefore to keep
costs for everyone as low as possible, I will NOT accept PayPal payments for which you
use a credit or debit card as your souce of funds. Sorry!
If you wish to pay by US Postal Money Order, buy one at any US Post Office (cost is about
90 cents over the face amount), make payable to "Carol Jackson" and mail to:

Once payment is received, the book(s) will be normally shipped within 3 days -- we live quite a few miles from a post office and do not visit them every day. I will email you after shipment with shipping information.
